Who is Eligible to Join?
Membership in the MCBA is open to all attorneys licensed by, and in good standing with, the State Bar of Arizona or another jurisdiction. Non-attorneys or unlicensed individuals may be eligible in certain other categories.

The regular membership year runs January-December (September-August for Law Students). Dues are prorated by quarter for most new members.

Dues listed here do not include the $15 voluntary donation to the Maricopa County
Bar Foundation. Annual renewal notices include the $15 as an opt-out of total dues
billed.
