Following the wave of foreclosures on underwater homes, recent Arizona court opinions have expanded the reach of Arizona’s anti-deficiency statutes. At the end of this legislative session, Governor Brewer signed HB 2018 into law, amending the anti-deficiency statutes to scale back the scope of the statute. Attend this CLE to learn how the amendments affect the liability of residential developers, spec builders, and owners of unfinished home – and what this means for your clients.
