Vendor set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event or after 5:00 p.m. on the day before.
Registration for attendees is 7:30-8:30 a.m. The program begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.

Program Advertising Rates
You do not have to be an exhibitor in order to purchase advertising in the conference program book. As an advertiser, you will be reaching nearly 200 paralegals, plus many of the attorneys they work for, who need legal-related products and services.
- The conference program book is 81/2 x 11 inches in size
- Ads may be black/white or up to 4/colors
- Ads should be in jpeg or gif format when emailed
- Available ad sizes and rates are:
$50 - Business card size ad (3 1/2 wide x 2 inches)
$75 - 1/4 page ad (3 1/2 wide x 4 1/2 inches)
$100 - 1/2 page ad (7 1/2 wide x 4 1/2 inches)
$150 - full page ad (7 1/2 wide x 10 inches)
Cancellation and Refund Policy All cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, Sept. 5, 2014 in order to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations will be charged a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after Friday, Sept. 5, 2014
