Judge Mroz issued an administrative order regarding the probate clerk’s processing of all confidential documents. Parties will continue to file confidential documents consistent with Rule 7(C)(2), by now the clerk will open sealed envelopes and digitally scan the documents. This is a copy of Administrative Order No. 2012-172, In the Matter of Processing Probate Confidential Documents by the Clerk of the Court to Ensure the Confidentiality of Sensitive Information and to Facilitate Access by Authorized Court Staff, was signed by Hon. Rosa Mroz on December 5, 2012.
Training for Non-Licensed Fiduciaries
The new training videos for non-licensed fiduciaries (Guardians, Conservators and Personal Representatives) are available at the Maricopa County Superior Court website and the Arizona Supreme Court website. The Maricopa County Superior Court has prescribed the following sample form of declaration of completion to submit upon completion of the training.
